New Leadership at the HCCA
At the September HCCA Monthly Meeting, the HCCA Delegates elected Terry Cantrell to be President and replaced outgoing President, Cliff Germano. Cliff moved from Hollywood. The first order of business under President Cantrell was to reorganize the seven-member HCCA Board of Directors in compliance with the HCCA Articles of Incorporation and official Bylaws. The Bylaws call for a seven Member Board consisting of the following:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Corresponding Secretary
- Director 1
- Director 2
The HCCA Board will meet on occasion to perform housekeeping duties, etc. The entire HCCA membership will continue to meet on a monthly basis except for December.
